Connections and Performance

The switch offers ten copper ports and two SFP+ ports. Eight of the copper ports support 100/1000/2.5GBASE-T with PoE compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at and a total capacity of 240 W. Two additional copper ports support 100/1000/2.5G/5G/10GBASE-T, supplemented by two 10G SFP+ uplinks. The switching capacity is 120 Gbps with a forwarding rate of 89.29 Mpps. The MAC address table supports 16K entries, including 256 static entries, and the packet buffer holds 12 Mbits.

Management and Layer 2 Features

As a smart managed switch, the device supports VLAN configurations with up to 4K static groups and port-based VLANs. Advanced VLAN features include asymmetric VLAN, auto surveillance VLAN, and auto voice VLAN. Spanning Tree Protocol is available in the variants 802.1D STP, 802.1s MSTP, and 802.1w RSTP, with link aggregation following 802.3ad. Eight IP interfaces and static routes for IPv4 (128) and IPv6 (64) are available. Bandwidth control operates with a minimum granularity of 16 Kbps, and eight QoS queues per port can be configured.

Security and Access Control

The switch supports 802.1X access control as well as ingress ACLs for network access management. IP-MAC-Port Binding (IMPB) and smart binding are available, along with protection against ARP spoofing. SSH is supported as the encryption protocol for management. SNMP is offered in versions v1, v2c, and v3, supplemented by RMON v1, LLDP, LLDP-MED, and ICMPv6.

Robustness and Environmental Conditions

All 2.5-gigabit Ethernet ports feature 6 kV surge protection in accordance with IEEE 61000-4-5. The metal housing is designed for rack mounting and measures 330 × 200 × 44 mm with a weight of 2.377 kg. Two internal fans provide cooling. The switch operates at temperatures from -5 to 50 °C and a relative humidity of 0 to 95%. Power is supplied via 100 to 240 V AC at 50/60 Hz, with a maximum consumption of 287.58 W under PoE load and 21.221 W without PoE.

Certifications and Standards

The switch is certified to CB, UL, BSMI, EMC Class A, VCCI Class A, FCC Class A, IC, and RCM. Port standards include IEEE 802.3u, 802.3ab, 802.3bz, 802.3an, 802.3ae, 802.3z, and 802.3az. Auto MDI/MDIX is supported on the copper ports, and jumbo frames are permitted. For 100/1G/2.5G/5GBASE-T connections, Category 5e or higher UTP cables are sufficient, while 10GBASE-T requires Category 6A or higher cables, each up to a maximum of 100 m.
