Performance and Throughput

The switch delivers a switching capacity of 52 Gbps and a maximum forwarding rate of 38.69 Mpps. The store-and-forward transmission method, combined with a 4.1 Mb packet buffer, ensures reliable forwarding even under high traffic. Jumbo frames up to 9216 bytes are supported.

PoE and Connectivity

The 24 copper ports support speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps and are all PoE-enabled compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at. Each PoE port can supply up to 30 W, with a total budget of 240 W for all connected powered devices. Two additional SFP uplink ports with 100/1000 Mbps are available for fiber connections.

Energy Efficiency and Cooling

The switch supports D-Link Green and IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) to reduce power consumption. A 5-stage smart fan adjusts its speed based on current cooling needs. Maximum power consumption is 288.56 W, with standby consumption at 15.967 W. Power is supplied via an internal AC input of 100 to 240 VAC at 50 to 60 Hz.

LED Indicators

Each unit features a power status LED. Each port has indicators for activity/link and speed. On PoE ports, separate LEDs display Power Fail and Power OK status, allowing the PoE supply status to be read directly from the device.

The switch is certified to FCC, BSMI, CE, LVD, and RoHS standards. Storage temperature ranges from -10 to 70 °C. Operating humidity is 10 to 95% RH (non-condensing), while storage humidity is 5 to 95% RH (non-condensing). The MTBF is rated at 426,692.94 hours.
