Performance & Wireless Technology

The extender operates simultaneously on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands and supports the 802.11ax wireless standard with backward compatibility to IEEE 802.11ac/n/g/b/a/h, as well as the 802.11k and 802.11v management protocols. On 5 GHz, it achieves data rates up to 2403 Mbps, while on 2.4 GHz, speeds reach up to 574 Mbps. MU-MIMO and D-Link Intelligent QoS Technology ensure prioritized and distributed bandwidth allocation to multiple clients simultaneously. Target Wake Time (TWT) reduces power consumption of connected devices through scheduled activation cycles.

Operating Modes & Ports

The E30/E offers two operating modes: In range extender mode, it boosts an existing Wi-Fi signal, while in access point mode, it creates a new Wi-Fi network via the Gigabit Ethernet port. The Gigabit Ethernet port supports the IEEE 802.3u/ab/bz standards and is suitable for wired backhaul connections. The device fully supports IPv4 and IPv6 network protocols.

Antennas & Design

The device features two fixed, foldable omnidirectional antennas for dual-band operation, plus an additional antenna for the 5 GHz band. Its plug-in design with a region-specific plug allows for space-saving placement directly into a wall outlet. A reset button, WPS button, and a power/status/WPS LED are located on the housing.

Security & Management

Supported security protocols include WPA/WPA2-Personal, WPA2/WPA3-Personal, and WPA3 Only. WPS is available via push-button configuration. Setup and monitoring are handled through the AQUILA PRO AI app for iOS and Android or via a web UI. The device can also be controlled via voice commands using Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
