Maximum SIM Flexibility for Mission-Critical Sites

The SIM Cover for FlexModule Plus decouples the SIM card location from the router, allowing installation of the eight SIM slots in an optimally accessible or RF-favorable location—even at distances of up to 100 meters. This significantly simplifies maintenance and SIM replacement in hard-to-reach installations and enables simultaneous operation of multiple mobile network providers for maximum connection availability.

Integrated Network and Power Supply Features

In addition to SIM expansion, the module provides four Gigabit Ethernet ports that serve as full-featured LAN interfaces. Four of these ports support 802.3at PoE+ and deliver up to 30 watts each to connected devices such as access points or cameras. Power is supplied redundantly via a 12–56-volt DC input, selectable via barrel connector or terminal block, facilitating integration into industrial and mobile environments.

Reliable Operation Under Extreme Conditions

The SIM Cover is designed for permanent deployment in harsh environments. It operates reliably within a temperature range of -40 °C to 65 °C and tolerates relative humidity from 15% to 95% (non-condensing). With compact dimensions of 40 x 147 x 128 mm and a weight of only 430 grams, it can be discreetly integrated into tight installation spaces.
