Operating Modes & Configuration The system supports SISO and MIMO operating modes. A high-band duplexer is preinstalled for SISO mode. For MIMO operation, a second duplexer (model AF-11-DUP-H) is required and available separately. Channel bandwidth is selectable in eleven steps from 3.5 to 56 MHz, though available bandwidths may vary based on country and regional regulations. Uplink and downlink duty cycles are programmable. Antenna & Polarization The integrated AF-11G35 antenna operates in the 10.3 to 11.7 GHz frequency range and provides 35 dBi gain. The HPOL and VPOL beamwidth is 2.5° each. The front-to-back ratio is 60 dB, cross-polar isolation is 35 dB, and the maximum VSWR is 2:1. Standard polarization is H/V and can be reconfigured to ± 45° by rotating the OMT. The radiation pattern complies with ETSI 302 217-4-2 Class 3 and FCC Cat B. Mounting & Mechanical Design The radio is compatible with the AF-11G35 mount and uses the same mounting system as airFiber AF-5 and AF-5U. The antenna is designed for pole mounting. Antenna dimensions are ø 811 x 460 mm; without the mount, it weighs 7.14 kg, and with the mount, 11.85 kg. The radio itself measures 327 x 112 x 86 mm and weighs 2.3 kg.
