The AF60-HD utilizes the license-free 60 GHz band with channel bandwidths of 2160 MHz or 4320 MHz (channel bonding). It achieves a maximum throughput of 3.8 Gbit/s in standard mode and up to 6 Gbit/s with channel bonding enabled. The symmetrical uplink/downlink ratio of 50/50 ensures balanced data distribution. Integrated GPS synchronization allows coordinated operation of multiple links without mutual interference.

Robust Design for Outdoor Use

The compact housing with a diameter of 189 mm and a height of 89 mm is made of aluminum alloy and UV-stabilized plastic. The included precision pole mount made of stainless steel (SUS304) allows for exact alignment. The AF60-HD is protected against powerful water jets according to IPX6 and withstands wind loads of 64 N at 200 km/h. The operating temperature range extends from -40 to 55 °C with a humidity level of 5 to 95% (non-condensing).

Intelligent Management and Easy Setup

Configuration can be done either via the UISP App via Bluetooth or through the web interface. The device runs on the airFiber® operating system and supports bridge mode. Integrated services include UISP, Ping-Watchdog, web server, SSH server, NTP client, system log, and device discovery. Diagnostic tools such as beamforming info, ping, traceroute, and speed test simplify troubleshooting. Power is supplied via passive PoE (48 VDC, 0.65 A, adapter included) with a maximum consumption of 29.31 W.
