Antenna & Wireless Performance
The NanoStation M2 operates in the frequency range of 2412 to 2462 MHz and uses dual-linear polarization, achieving 23 dB cross-polarization isolation. The directional antenna delivers a gain of 10.4 to 11.2 dBi with a beamwidth of 55° in horizontal and 53° in vertical polarization, plus 27° in elevation. The maximum VSWR is 1.6:1, ensuring a clean match to the radio module.

Power Supply & Connectivity
The device is powered via passive PoE using two wire pairs (pins 4, 5+ and 7, 8 return) and supports a voltage range of 22 to 27 V DC. A 24V/0.5A PoE adapter is included, so no separate power source is required at the installation site. Maximum power consumption is 5.5 W. For network connectivity, two 10/100 MbE RJ45 ports are available.

Housing & Mounting
The UV-stabilized plastic housing is designed for outdoor use, measuring 294 × 31 × 80 mm and weighing 400 g. A pole-mount kit is included, allowing direct attachment to poles or pipes. The device is specified for ambient humidity levels of 5 to 95% non-condensing and meets the requirements of the ETSI 300-019-1.4 standard for shock and vibration.
