Description
The Ubiquiti Wireless Device Bridge IoT connects IoT devices to the UniFi network via a compact WiFi 4 wireless bridge. It provides 2×2 MIMO at 2.4 GHz with speeds up to 300 Mbps and a 10/100M RJ45 interface for wired connection of an end device.
Key Benefits at a Glance
Compact design at just 45 g and 63 × 44.5 × 25.5 mm for discreet indoor installations
Flexible power supply via USB Type-C at 5 V DC or a 4-pin DC jack at 9–30 V DC
Two antenna options with an internal 4 dBi antenna or an external omnidirectional antenna via RP-SMA connector
Versatile mounting on walls or DIN rails using the included polycarbonate bracket
UniFi management over WiFi with automatic integration into the UniFi platform
Connectivity & Performance
The Wireless Device Bridge IoT operates on the WiFi 4 standard in the 2.4 GHz band and supports 2×2 MIMO with spatial data rates from 6.5 Mbps to 300 Mbps (MCS0 to MCS15, HT 20/40). The maximum transmit power is 20 dBm, and the channel bandwidth can be set to 20 or 40 MHz. A single 10/100M RJ45 port integrates a connected IoT device into the wireless network via wired connection. Wireless encryption is consistently provided by WPA2 AES.
Design & Mounting
The polycarbonate housing measures 63 × 44.5 × 25.5 mm and weighs 45 g, or 89 × 44.5 × 25.5 mm and 53 g with the external antenna. Maximum power consumption is 2.3 W. Mounting is possible on walls or DIN rails using the included bracket. Four blue LEDs indicate signal strength, while an additional white or blue LED serves as a status indicator. A reset button restores the device to factory settings. The device is designed for indoor use in typical ambient conditions.
Certifications & Compliance
The Wireless Device Bridge IoT is NDAA-compliant and may carry additional certifications for regulated environments. The 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covers the device under standard terms.
