Connectivity and Networking

The RUT956 supports cellular technologies 4G LTE (Cat 4), 3G, and 2G, offering flexible cellular connectivity options for industrial sites. Dual-SIM functionality enables automatic failover, backup WAN, and other switching scenarios, ensuring network availability even if the primary connection fails. In addition to cellular connectivity, the router provides Wi-Fi and four Ethernet ports for wired network connections.

Serial Interfaces and I/O
